HVAC Dispatcher

What You'll Do:
- Answer and prioritize emergency and non-emergency service calls
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians for installations and repairs
- Maintain accurate customer records in our database
- Coordinate with field teams to troubleshoot service issues
- Ensure clear and timely communication between customers and technicians
- Play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently
 
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in a call center, dispatch, or customer support role (required)
- Service Titan experience (strongly preferred)
- Experience in HVAC dispatch (preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a customer-first attitude
- Familiarity with dispatching or scheduling software is a plus
 
Location: Bulverde, TX (in office)

Pay: $16.00 – $24.00 per hour
