Overview (Text Only)

We’re hiring both a Lead Liner Technician and a Liner Helper to join our growing installation team. Each crew consists of two team members who work closely together to complete lining projects safely, efficiently, and professionally. These roles are ideal for individuals who are hard‑working, strong problem solvers, and comfortable with hands‑on, physical labor.

Both positions require frequent travel across San Antonio, Houston, Austin, and Corpus Christi (approximately 10–12 trips per month). Plumbing or lining experience is preferred, but we will fully train motivated candidates. All new hires will complete two weeks of paid training in Louisiana.

Key Responsibilities (Both Positions)
- Assist with and perform accurate pre‑measurements of job sites to ensure smooth, high‑quality installations.
- Install lining equipment according to company standards and perform quality checks.
- Use ServiceTitan to document work, update job statuses, and maintain clear records.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and uphold safety standards.
- Pursue additional certifications as required—we support team members who are committed to developing their skills.
- Travel efficiently, work independently, and represent Champion Home Services with professionalism and integrity.
Lead Liner Technician – Additional Responsibilities
- Guide and support your helper to ensure efficient teamwork and job completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact on job sites for customers and internal teams.
- Oversee job quality, ensure accurate measurements, and troubleshoot issues in the field.
- Drive continuous improvement and uphold company standards on every project.
Liner Helper – Additional Responsibilities
- Support the lead technician with setup, measurements, material handling, and job preparation.
- Learn installation techniques and equipment operation with the goal of advancing into a lead role.
- Assist with cleanup, documentation, and equipment breakdown at the end of each job.
Qualifications (Both Positions)
- Experience with manual labor required; plumbing or lining experience preferred but not required.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a two‑person team.
- A commitment to personal growth, dependability, and maintaining a high‑performance mindset.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently throughout Texas.
Lead Technician candidates should have prior experience in plumbing, lining, or a similar trade, plus demonstrated leadership or field experience.
