Champion in Austin, Texas has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative. This a full-time position paying  $18.00-$25.00 per hour. We are looking for someone to handle our evening shift from 12pm-9pm, M-F. This position has the potential to be fully remote after in-person training is completed.  
 
What you will do:
- Handle inbound customer service calls including, but not limited to:
- Booking appointments
- Understanding general priority booking knowledge
- Providing tech ETA
- Deescalating customer concerns
- Understating field availability for effective booking
- Handle text and chat engagements with the customers
- Call on customer list to offer promotions
- Creating and updating customer profiles

- Previous customer service or call center experience 
- Strong attention to details
- Conscientious team player
- Honesty, integrity, and a good attitude
- Clear background check and drug screen
- Industry and ServiceTitan experience preferred
