Champion Home Services is looking for a Dispatcher to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll be at the center of action-coordinating technicians, managing service calls, and ensuring our customers get the support they need when they need it. If you're organized, calm under pressure, and enjoy solving problems in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. This position has a starting pay of $20 to $25 per hour.
What you will do: 
- Key role in daily operations and team coordination 
- Maintain customer databases and troubleshoot server issues 
- Manage and resolve priority bookings 
- Handle emergency and non-emergency calls 
- Schedule technicians for installations and service calls 
- Ensure clear communication with team and customers 
- Support logistics to keep trucks on the road and technicians on-site 
- Help ensure customer satisfaction 
 
What you bring: 
- Call Center or Customer Support (1+ Year Required) 
- Industry Knowledge and Service Titan experience (preferred) 
- High school diploma or GED 
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation 
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn 
- Must pass background check and drug screening
