As a dispatcher, you will work with a team who's responsibilities include maintaining customer databases, troubleshooting server issues, and problem solve priority bookings . You are also tasked with answering emergency and non-emergency calls, and scheduling technicians for installations. Your role is crucial in ensuring effective communication with team members and customer support. You will support by ensuring our trucks are on the road, our technicians are where they need to be, and our customers are satisfied. Work Location: In person. Bulverde, Texas
