HVAC Selling Technician

Looking to TRADE UP to a better opportunity? Champion AC of Austin is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Service Team. HVAC Service and Selling Technicians are paid hourly plus commission.

What you will do: 
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills 
- Maintain strong customer service 
- Make recommendations and provide value to homeowners on systems and equipment 
- Troubleshoot HVAC system issues for customers and understand system design 
- Attend periodic manufacturer training classes 
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures 
- Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS 
Who you are: 
- 1-5 Years HVAC installation experience preferred 
- HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school 
- Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record 
- Ability to handle heavy equipment

Salary: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
