Job Summary: We are seeking a courteous and organized Front Desk Receptionist and Digital Lead Administrator to join our team at CHAMPION HOME SERVICES. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. This role involves managing phone calls and supporting administrative tasks. Additionally, the person will play a crucial role in driving revenue by converting digital inquiries into customer profiles and booking calls. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors, directing them as needed. - Communicate effectively with staff regarding visitor arrivals. - Manage incoming phone calls, screening and forwarding as appropriate. - Maintain a clean and organized reception area with necessary supplies stocked. - Sign for deliveries and distribute mail and packages accordingly. - Utilize various marketing platforms such as Thumbtack, Angi, Facebook, Yelp, Google LSA, CRM inbound messages, email, etc. to book leads and convert inquiries into customer profiles. - Monitor and maintain communication with both new and existing customers.
